Meet Sophie, Our Office Manager

Sophie is our Office Manager. She keeps a close personal relationship with our patients.
She has 35 years experience in the dental field. She graduated from San Jose Regional Vocational School in California in 1976. Sophie is certified in both X-ray and Coronal Polish. Her experience allows her to work both front and back office as needed.
She has been known as the office "handywoman". Sophie's great sense of humor makes for a fun atmosphere in our office.
Sophie was born in Phoenix, raised in California then moved back home to Arizona in 1983. She and her husband have been married 34 years and have two sons and three grandsons.
She enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, watching movies and doing home improvement projects around the house.

Meet Julie, Our Dental Hygienist

Julie is our registered dental hygienist with over 12 years of experience.
She earned her Associates of Applied Science Degree in Dental Hygiene at Pima Community College in Tucson. She is local anesthesia certified and strives to keep patients as comfortable and relaxed as possible.
Julie specializes in assessing each individual's needs to help them achieve optimal dental and overall health.
She enjoys spending time with her family and loves living the country life with numerous critters who reside with them on their small hobby farm.

Meet Marita, Our Dental Assistant

Marita is our dental assistant with 22 years front and back office experience.
She graduated from Pima Medical Institute in 1991 and is certified in the following: dental assisting, dental radiography, radiation health and safety, and coronal polishing.
Marita is a German native and has lived in Sierra Vista since 1991. She enjoys being part of our close team and is very dedicated to the care and well being of our patients. She is reliable, loyal, professional and trustworthy.
She cherishes spending time with her two beautiful daughters and being outdoors. She enjoys working out, specifically spin class. She enjoys cooking and baking German food. Marita makes a German Chocolate Cake to die for.
